Nestled in the heart of downtown Historic Smyrna, this charming 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom studio apartment is just seconds away from all the major local attractions. This second-floor unit features a cozy kitchen/living room, central heating, and a window unit air conditioning system. It’s ready for immediate occupancy, but please note that parking is not included. There’s a parking lot in the back, but it’s first come, first served, and if the building is full, parking can be a bit of a challenge. We can’t guarantee any spots will be available since we can’t police the parking lot. On a positive note, we also have a larger unit available for rent (unit C). Just remember, this is a small unit. Applicants must meet established qualification criteria including but not limited to a strong credit history that is clear of court judgments and past-due debt, positive landlord reference(s) and rental history with no court/eviction proceedings, and stable verifiable income at a minimum of 2.5x monthly rent. Self-employed applicants must provide tax returns and/or P&L statements. Renters insurance is required. No smoking is permitted. No pets permitted.
